Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation by the Customer:
* For any online booked-paid consultations/ services , cancellation can be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date/ time to avoid cancellation charges
* If cancellation is made on the same scheduled date then a cancellation fee equal to 20% of paid amount will be deducted from the paid amount.
* If NO SHOW happens then a fee equal to 50% of the amount will be deducted from the paid amount.
* Balance amounts after deductions : can be used for any other services.
* Cancellation by the association:
* In case of cancellation by the association then no charges shall be beard by the client.

2.⁠ ⁠REFUNDS:
* Full Refunds can be provided ONLY if the consultation / service cancellation was by the association .
* Money will be refunded only the way the payment was received.
* E-commerce charges will be deducted from refunded amount.
* The refund amount shall be processed within 30 business working days from the date of the cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions being met successfully.
* The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and the organization cannot be held liable for the delay.
