- Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 5-10 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
- All estimated/typical delivery time is derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
After receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 2 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 2-3 business days to process.

Problem with the products received?
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately. Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after-sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return.
We will provide a full refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information. Please note that all returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn and with all original tags, contents, and packaging intact.
Customers may return the package to the designated shipping address and cover the shipping fee for returning the package after receiving the RMA number from customer service.
Please seek to return items within 15 days of the date of your RMA request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Yanni, depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 15 days after dispatch will be granted at our discretion.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
