Animals Treatments Support

We are delighted to provide veterinary services through a third party clinic.

Considering the confidential agreement with the third party , the association can not disclose its identity , and it will take care of the transportation , the admission for treatment then the updates for you.

Transportation prices to our site in case you can not bring the animal yourself :

100 AED – around downtown dubai

150 AED – distal areas of downtown dubai

180 AED – sharjah or ajman

250 AED RAK – UAQ – ABUDHABI – ALAIN

Through your request for veterinary services, you agree to the following:

I confirm that the emirates ID belongs to the submitting person

I accept to spay/neuter / vaccinate / microchip the animal

I commit to pay for any extra treatments or extended stay

I pledge to receiving the animal back after finishing the treatment or if the associations decides to.

I understand the right of the association to take any action based on its internal policies

I understand that the association will proceed with legal actions if I do not commit to the above , and I will be obliged to pay the incurring expenses & fees.

بناء على الاتفاق المبرم بين الجمعية والطرف الثالث فإنه لايمكن الكشف عن اسمه. وستتولى الجمعية عملية النقل والادخال للعلاج ثم التحديثات لكم.

150 درهم المناطق البعيدة عن وسط المدينة

180 الشارقة او عجمان

250 راس الخيمة ام القيوين ابوظبي والعين

من خلال طلبك للخدمات البيطرية انت توافق على التالي :

أؤكد ان بطاقة الهوية الاماراتية هي خاصة بمقدم هذا الطلب

أقبل ان يتم اخصاء / تطعيم / تطعيم / ادخال شريحة للحيوان

ألتزم بالدفع لأي علاجات اضافية او تمديد فترة البقاء.

ألتزم باستلام الحيوان بعد انتهاء العلاج او اذا قررت الجمعية ذلك.

افهم ان للجمعية الحق باتخاذ اي قرار بناء على سياساتها الداخلية.

افهم ان للجمعية الحق في اتخاذ اجراء ضدي اذا لم التزم بما ذكر أعلاه ، ومايترتب على ذلك من رسوم ومصاريف.
